The Bible tells us that we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood but an enemy that has come to steal, kill, and destroy. We’re instructed in Ephesians 6:13-18 to put on God’s full armor so that we can stand our ground and pick up the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. But how big is our shield of faith? As believers, we have been given a measure of faith – but it is up to us to grow, exercise and stir up that faith and be confident of who we are in Christ so we can extinguish ALL the arrows. Let our shield of faith be big and strong in the Lord. The battle is real – we must be ready and stand firm!
