I have felt the shame of bankruptcy. I know what it feels like to operate each day with insufficient funds chasing after the things of this world, never satisfied. But when I recommitted my life to Jesus and said “yes” to living for Him, I had a new understanding of what Jesus did on the cross. When we align our lives with God’s Word and live for Him, our debt is paid and our fate sealed. We become rich in love, rich in peace, and rich in God’s provision.
