A sign that says, " a bible falling apart belongs to someone who isn 't."

Charles Spurgeon wrote these words. He was a Baptist preacher who died in 1892. These words can strike our hearts and make us ask today, “What do OUR Bibles look like?” If God’s Word is our GPS while living in this broken world, if this is where we need to turn for every crossroads, every question, every bit of truth we need in our life, our Bibles should be falling apart. But often their not. It’s our lives that are messy and broken, being held together by a string.

If you feel like you’re falling apart today, open God’s Word. Let Him show you His truth. He is filled with mercy and love and wants to show us the way.

“But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when He raised Christ from the dead. It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:4-5
