Dandelions. A weed that looks like a flower and is tough to get out of your yard. When they mature, they turn into this white fluffball, and looking closely, you see many seeds. When the wind blows, this perennial weed is designed to disperse its seed in different directions: north, south, east, or west. As I started thinking about Dandelions, I admired how they were designed and saw a bit of us. As we mature in Christ, we can release more seeds in all directions of the world, dying to self. We are beautiful and strong and can make the most difference when the winds of life blow. Because it’s then we rely on Jesus.

When you stop momentarily and look at creation, you can see all of the miracles of life. Today, stop and smell the flowers, even the weeds, and be reminded of how great our God is!
