Ever wonder why we are so tired? We are trying to do all the right things: family, work, church, and life, but it feels like it takes everything we have to keep going. And then you see a picture like this, with all the plugs – a reminder that we are trying to do everything in our own strength. What would happen if we plugged into God? Everything the Bible tells us is how God will strengthen us, equip us, and give us His Holy Spirit – our helper while navigating this world, and that God doesn’t give us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and self-control. We don’t need a power strip; that isn’t working anyway. We must invite God into our hearts and lives, recharge our spirits, and work and move as only He can.
