We will be tempted to follow our friends, family, and those faces we look up to. We may long to participate in what’s trending, fashionable, and prominent, floating along with what others say and do. And we may find it challenging to drown out every voice that calls us, distracting us from the path He has in store. But His red-letter words are clear: “Follow me.”
These simple words invite us to an adventure that never ends; a life of joy, peace, and love in the face of uncertainty, challenges, and an ever-changing narrative from the world. And the beautiful, inspiring truth is that it’s an invitation.
