Do you know the Holy Spirit? Over the last four years, I have been on an extraordinary journey growing my relationship with the Holy Spirit and understanding who He is. If you don’t yet know Him as your Helper, let me remind you of John 15:26. “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father – he will testify about me.” The Greek word for advocate is “Paraclete,” which means someone who comes alongside us. He comes to counsel us, comfort us, and give utterance to our prayers when we cannot find the words. He was sent to live inside those who believe in Jesus to produce God’s character in the life of a believer. In a way we cannot do on our own, the Holy Spirit will build into our lives love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Hallelujah!
