How do you view God?

Some people view God as someone who reaches down into their life, grabs them by the back of the shirt, and forces them to believe. And if they don’t, they’re punished by heartache, disappointment, and disease. This couldn’t be farther from the truth.Have you ever viewed God as your Father, sitting by you on a bench wanting to hear about your day? A Father who wants to give you the desires of your heart? Who would rather spend time with you than do anything else in the world? He never grabs us by the shirt but reaches for our hand, leading us gently into the life He has had for us all along, filled with love and peace.
