The Bible tells us there will be storms in life. How do we battle these storms? We need to look to Jesus and His example. In Mark 4:39, we read, “And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea ‘Peace, be still.’ And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
Jesus first rebuked the storm and then spoke peace to the sea. And that’s what we need to do. First, we must rebuke the enemy, take authority, and then claim Jesus’ peace over that situation. Is Jesus in your boat today? When you have Jesus inside you, you have the power and authority. Today, rebuke the storm!
