PRAISE

When reading the collection of praise Psalms (146-150), you’ll see that Psalm 150 is the grand finale: “Let everyone and everything that has breath praise the Lord.” Imagine the final moments of the firework show on the 4th of July – a continuous flow of mortars, the crowd screaming and applauding; the sky lit up with spectacular colors, everyone’s focus is upward in awe and wonder. This is the kind of praise the psalmist is talking about: for His surpassing greatness, His acts of power, and His love for all people. Let us praise Him today!
