Many things are coming at us each day that could shake our faith, along with a myriad of thoughts, ideas, and “truths” to navigate. And on top of all that, our mind is a battlefield for the enemy of our soul. This is why it’s essential to renew our minds with God’s Word. We must measure everything we hear, think, or believe against the Word of God and His truth and use it as our weapon. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 reads this: “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” What thoughts do you need to take captive today?
