The Bible says in Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Faith is now. Faith is an action word. Faith is acting upon God’s Word before we even see the fruits. Faith is stepping out and believing, in confidence, that whatever we ask for in prayer will be granted to us.For many years, I missed this truth. I had been sitting back and waiting passively for what I was hoping would miraculously appear. I wasn’t on my feet with arms extended, reaching out and grabbing onto it, trusting and believing in God’s promises and cooperating with God’s Word.
If this is you today, it’s not too late. Reach out and grab onto this truth – and hang on! Take a step forward, believing that God’s Word is God’s Will!
