Matthew 6:19

Do you ever wish there were directions to happiness? The world tells us it
has the answers: you just need to buy that house, or this car, or shop at
that store. But these kinds of answers only bring emptiness—empty pockets
and a hole inside you can never fill, no matter how much you spend.
In Matthew 6:19–21 Jesus says, “Do not store up for yourselves
treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves
break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where
moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and
steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
True happiness, my friends, comes from the Lord. Loving Him and
obeying Him will bring you an indescribable peace. Following Him will
bring you a life of adventure and fill the hole that is inside you. Trusting
Him will allow you to have everything you need, in His timing and for His
glory. Reading His Word will provide the only directions to happiness you
will ever need. I’m praying that you believe this today!
