Do you know the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendigo? They refused to bow down and worship King Nebuchadnezzar’s gods or his image of gold. Because of their refusal, they were thrown into a blazing furnace. And while the three men were in there, the King saw not three men but four. That’s right; it was Jesus in the furnace with them. They came out untouched, with not even a smell of fire on them. As we start this new day filled with the challenges of life and the many trials we will face, remember no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Trust in the Lord! He is walking with us!
