This is one of the lies I had believed for over 17 years. How could God love me? I’ve made so many mistakes, made so many wrong choices; it had to be too late. But this lie was the seed planted by the enemy (the devil), and he had whispered it for so long that it became a part of me. That lie distracted me from who I was and who I was meant to be. Today, if you feel unloved and unforgiven, cross out that lie and hang onto God’s truth: “This is how God showed us his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God and God in them.”~ 1 John 4:9-10,16
